Keltec People

Keltec People is the Executive Search & Selection division of the Company that focuses on the provision of staff placement across a wide range of disciplines, whilst complimenting the existing consultancy disciplines.

Prior to commencing any selection process, we spend time with our clients to identify the core competencies relating to technical and personality aspects required by our Clients. Once both parties fully understand the criteria for the individuals, we undertake a thorough screening process consisting of technical, personality and competency based interviews, with particular focus on behavioural issues in order to present a Shortlist of candidates matching all of the Clients requirements.
